TRIAD Teams With ODOT District 4 For Award-Winning Website

Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio –The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District 4 was recently honored with a Total ODOT Performance (TOP) Award for their www.stateroute8.com website for Outstanding External Customer Service regarding construction projects.

The site includes a detailed list of all construction projects along State Route 8, subsequent timelines, an interactive map, current news and updates about traffic and driving conditions, as well as contact information for District 4 personnel. In addition, the site is built entirely with TRIAD Communications’ custom content management system (CMS), which provides the ODOT District 4 staff total control of the site.

“The State Route 8 site is just another example of leveraging the web for better communications with the public. The RSS feeds provide immediate information for folks who travel the Route 8 corridor each day,” said Rick Krochka, president of TRIAD Communications.
