TRIAD is looking for someone to step in as a strategic consultant for our clients. This position will work as the liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure our clients’ needs and goals are met. The right candidate will be responsible for assessing client business needs and creating project plans and scopes of work.  The ideal candidate will understand how to work closely with various departments and clients, acting as an advocate for both the agency and client. They’ll also need to understand key successes TRIAD has had with similar clients and business categories.


  • Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines
  • Manage day-to-day communication across a range of clients and projects
  • Develop client proposals and execute statements/scopes of work
  • Identify and present client growth opportunities
  • Assist in development of client strategy presentations
  • Translate client requests into actionable account briefs
  • Coordinate with the Production Manager to create project milestones and deliverable schedules
  • Act as primary client contact
  • Generate all meeting agendas and responsible for all client deliverables
  • Lead client training-related exercises (admins, marketing softwares, etc)
  • Manage client milestones and budgets
  • Work across departments to ensure work is completed on time and within approved budget
  • Perform final QA on major deliverables to ensure all work is delivered to spec against approved SOW or project brief
  • Act as an internal and client liaison; facilitating open communication between teams
  • Attend internal and client meetings
  • Help facilitate growth through ongoing recommendations for improvements to overall project efficiency


  • At least 3 years of digital agency experience in managing relationships
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Solid understanding of account and project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk and run team meetings
  • Proven track record in prioritizing a heavy workload
  • Able to meet deadlines with accuracy and minimum supervision
  • Superb written and communications skills
  • Comfortable and confident acting
  • Professional, friendly demeanor with extremely strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to solve problems with keen instincts and organizational experience
  • Positive, professional team-player who embraces our team mentality
  • Full understanding of traditional and digital marketing mediums and production, current CMS software, social media interface and mobile execution
  • Expert knowledge of the entire marketing ecosystem (traditional and digital landscapes): paid, earned, owned media, social, mobile, user experience, analytics, etc.
