Do You Design Websites?

TRIAD is seeking an uber talented and highly creative UX/UI Designer with a passion for digital design and functional interfaces. Our candidate is interested in pushing boundaries and producing work that is unique, clever and engaging. As a UX/UI Designer, your work will not only focus on excellent design and usability, but also on creating one-of-a-kind brand and user experiences.

Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered. Most importantly... we want to see your work! Be prepared to show us a few website layouts that you've designed, even if it's just a mockup or JPG.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with designers, developers and strategists on a wide range of digital projects
  • Design responsive websites and other creative digital experiences to an elite standard
  • Ensure designs align with the clients’ strategic business objectives
  • Create wireframes and preliminary design mood boards
  • Confidently present your work to teammates and clients, explaining purpose and strategy
  • Ensure design quality and consistency throughout project life-cycle
  • Pro-actively assist in the evolution of agency practices
  • Be a smart and creative team-player with a positive attitude

Requirements

  • A solid portfolio or examples that showcase your awesome web design abilities
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and how a layout changes when viewed on smaller screens
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with usability best practices
  • Ability to work in a small, fast-paced team involving a wide variety of projects
  • Ability to manage your own time and deliver to deadlines
  • Openness to receiving and providing new perspectives, ideas and feedback
  • Ability to embrace and quickly adopt new skills related to design and development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Bonus Skills

  • Front-end development and CMS knowledge (Drupal, Wordpress, etc)
  • Video editing, motion graphics, 3D (Final Cut, Animate, After Effects)
  • Interactive and animation (SVG, Canvas, WebGL)
