Video Killed the Radio StarJust like the song that kicked off the MTV video revolution,
web video has become a mainstream form of communication and advertising, not
only for entertainment websites—such as the Webby award winning and
highly entertaining www.askaninja.com—but for the business and political
world as well. TRIAD recently produced a web video for client Rockport Square.
Check it out at www.rockportsquare.com/ TRIAD was also recently presented with an Interactive Media
Award for the Rockport Square website. For more on this story visit http://www.triadadv.com/press14.asp. Designer MailDesigning custom mail pieces can be challenging, especially
when questions arise regarding size, paper weight and color among others. One
of the skilled senior designers at TRIAD is always available to answer any
questions you may have, but for more complicated pieces turn to a Mailpiece
Design Analysts (MDA). The MDA are specially trained U.S. Postal Service®
employees who are available at your local post office to answer questions
regarding mailpiece design. The MDA for the Akron area is Paul Hirschfelt and
he can be contacted at paul.m.hirschfelt@usps.gov.
Better than Draino®—TRIAD’s FTP SiteTRIAD now has an FTP site for clients to upload or download
large files that tend to severely clog up email inboxes. Be sure to ask TRIAD
about this new client feature! Affordable AirFare is Worth the DriveHaving a difficult time finding affordable airfare for your

Life event on separate teams. One of TRIAD’s valued clients, North Akron
Savings Bank also organized a team for the event. Their team won several awards
for their Christmas theme, ‘Tis the Season for a Cure. In total the relay
raised over $100,000 for the American Cancer Society. FreeHand Program DiscontinuedAdobe recently announced they have discontinued development
of FreeHand and users of this program are being encouraged to migrate towards
Illustrator CDS3. Both FreeHand and Illustrator are vector drawing programs and
share many common tools and commands, making the transition relatively simple.
FreeHand files are also easily converted to Illustrator which can open FreeHand
files up to Version 9. For any questions about the transition from FreeHand to
Illustrator please contact Chris Price at christopher.price@triadadv.com TRIAD Teams with University Park Alliance For the Second YearUniversity Park Art Fair at Grace Park will be taking place
