- Position: Senior Account Executive
- Reports to Director, Client Services
Responsibilities
Client Service – Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of clients across a variety of industries; Build trusted relationships, anticipate needs, and keep client goals front and center in every project.
Project Management – Own timelines, deliverables, and details. Coordinate across TRIAD teams to keep projects moving smoothly from proposal to delivery. Facilitate and support all stages of a project (i.e. kickoffs, estimates, briefs, reviews, approvals, delivery, invoicing, and feedback).
Strategic Thinking – Ask good questions, consider the big picture, and guide clients with insight and confidence. Ensure all deliverables align with the client’s goals and marketing strategy.
Team Collaboration – Work closely with creative, digital, and production teammates to ensure deliverables are on time, on point, and on budget. Communicate clearly and consistently across teams to foster seamless execution.
Account Growth – Spot opportunities to expand and strengthen client relationships. Recommend creative solutions that add value and drive results.
Mentorship – Serve as a go-to resource for junior staff; Share knowledge, model great communication, and help build a supportive team culture.
Requirements
- Practical expertise fueled by a vision for individual, team, and agency growth
- A strong grasp of marketing and communications principles across all channels
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort juggling multiple projects
- Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and expectations with clarity and honesty
- An appreciation for creative collaboration and the ability to work well with people across disciplines
- Willingness to attend occasional client and community events on nights and weekends
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in client services, marketing, or account management
- Previous experience working at a full-service ad agency is a bonus, but not required
